Ask us something

You do not have to be moving yet. A good share of the questions we answer are from people six months out who want to know whether their furniture will fit, or whether storage is the answer to a chain that looks shaky.

Email hello@wimbledonremovals.uk — the best way to reach us, and the one that gets a considered answer rather than a rushed one.
Office hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings. Anything left outside those hours is answered on the next working day.
Coverage SW19 and SW20 in full, the rest of the London Borough of Merton, and across the Wandsworth and Kingston borders. What differs street by street.
Quotes Start on the quote form — it asks the seven things we need before we can ask anything useful back.

What to tell us if you are enquiring about a move

Both addresses, roughly what is going, and whether the dates are fixed. If you know the street has a controlled parking zone, or that the flat is on the third floor with no lift, say so — those change the answer more than the number of bedrooms does.

What to tell us if you are enquiring about storage

Roughly how much, and roughly how long the gap might be. Neither has to be precise. What helps most is knowing whether you will need to get at any of it while it is held, because that is planned at loading rather than solved afterwards.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email us and say so plainly. Claims and the windows for reporting them are set out in your booking contract; we would rather deal with a problem directly than have you work out the paperwork alone.
